Sunday, September 30th:
The flowers on the altar are given to the glory of God and in memory of her husband, Raymond by Vertie Baker.
 
Monday, October 1st – 5:30 pm – Doors to the church will be open for anyone wanting to participate in quiet prayer.  All are welcome.
Monday, October 1st – 6:00 pm – Daughters of the King meeting.
 
Wednesday – October 3rd- 6:30 - Evening Prayer.
Wednesday - October 3rd - Father David will be in the office from 12:00 noon – 6:00 pm.

Thursday - October 4th - Father David will be in the office from 10:00 am – 12:00 noon.

Saturday – October 6th – Erwin Denim Days – Please sign-up to help at the church booth.  Sign-up sheet is on the bulletin board in the Fellowship Hall.  Support your church and community.
 
Sunday – October 7th - There will be a special children’s Eucharist celebrated during 11:00 am service. 

10:00 am Adult Education class moderated by Tony Adams in the Fellowship Hall Library.  The topic is the “Book of Proverbs”.
 
Sunday – October 14th – 11:00 am – Church Picnic at the Erwin Municipal Park.  A worship service with Holy Eucharist will be held.  Father David’s wife, Madlyn, has made a paten and a chalice to be used which will be blessed and dedicated.  The Picnic will follow with hot dogs, hamburgers, rolls, condiments, ice, and drinks furnished by the Vestry.  Please sign-up and let us know how many in your family are coming and what side dish or dessert you will bring.  Don’t miss this church social.

 On Wednesday, September 26th, there was a beautiful service which John Todd made possible for the “Feast of Saint Michael and All Angles”.  “Thank You” goes to all who participated..

Don’t forget the “Operation Christmas Child”.  Pamphlets are on the microwave in the Fellowship Hall.  You can bring your shoe boxes anything they are ready and leave them in the kitchen.

ECW raffle tickets are in the kitchen.  Please sign your name on the sheet and the ticket numbers which are on the envelope.  There is a container for the sold ticket stubs.  Your baked goods and food casseroles can be placed in the freezer.  Please put the money in the collection plate at service.  Make sure you “note” if the money is for “ECW pickles” or “ECW raffle tickets” so we can have an accurate records.
