Sunday, October 28th:
Contribution statements are in the narthex to be picked up.
Wednesday, October 31st - 6:30 pm - ”All Souls Day” with Eucharist
Wednesday, October 31st – Father David will be in the office from 12:00 noon – 6:00 pm
Thursday, November 1st - Father David will be in the office from 10:00 am – 12:00 noon.

The day designed as the “United Thank Offering Fall Ingathering” is next Sunday, November 4th.  The boxes are located in the narthex, and the envelopes are in the pews for your offerings.
Please place your ”Operation Christmas Child” boxes them in the Fellowship Hall kitchen.  Don’t wait until the last minutes…..
There are still envelopes with raffle tickets to sell for the ECW Raffle in the Fellowship Hall kitchen.  Please sign your name and the number of the tickets on the pad.
The freezer is staring to fill with the items being made for the ”ECW Food Fair” on November 10th.  Cook and bring yours now while there is space….  

Flyers promoting the “ECW Food Fair” on November 10th were given to members during Sunday service.  Please ask the businesses you patronize to place them in their windows.

Sunday, October 21st:
The flowers given for the altar were in memory of their son, Ralph, by Bill and Diane Lanier.
Joe Johnson, retired Scoutmaster, was honored on Wednesday, October 20th with a “Reunion and Gathering of Eagles” of Troop & Post 84.  Among the many honors he received was the “Order of the Longleaf Pine”  signed by Gov. Beverly Purdue.  Congratulations Joe! It was interesting that in the past St. Stephens, Frank Ralph, Sr. and Dr. W.E. Adair, Jr. (original charter members) were instrumental in establishing the troop.
