Sunday, December 22nd:
The flowers and greenery in the church are given to the Glory of God by church members in honor and memory of family and friends.  There are envelopes in front of the pews if you would like to contribute.

What better way of telling the ‘Birth of Jesus’, then with children of the parish.  The 2013 Christmas Pageant was heart filled.  Not only were the hearts of the parents filled with pride, but also every member of St. Stephens.  Sarah Wells, Kelly Strickland, Heather Honeycutt, Oralee Adams, Pam Tuohey, Allison Crumpler, and Jennifer Trainer worked wonders with the youth.  The participation of the church members being able to joining Mark Gibbons and the Choir in singing the hymns throughout the pageant brought us even closer.  The youth did an wonderful job showing us the ‘Christmas Story’.  Thank you!
Your Christmas cards are ready to be picked up upstairs in the Fellowship Hall, right side four tables.  The cards are in alphabetical order for the last names.

Please pick up your 2014 box of offertory envelopes in the narthex.

There will be three openings on the Vestry this year.  If you would be interested in serving, or know of someone you would like to nominate, please let someone on the Vestry know.  Bill Lanier, Mary Speer, and Pam Gibbons will be leaving, but Pam will be eligible to run again since she was filling in the remaining term of  a vacant spot.
