Thank you Donnie Pope for the “Morning Prayer Service” this morning at 10:15.

The “Feed the Hungry” project was a big success today when members of St. Stephens and a few guest prepared 10,620 bags of food. How wonderful it was for so many to pull together and work the 1 hour and 20 minutes to provide these meals for those in need. Thank you everyone who helped! A special ‘Thank You’ to Donnie and Lisa for feeding the workers with Pizza and drinks beforehand.

Monday, March 31st – 10:00 am – The Most Rev. Dr. Katherine Jefferts Schori, Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church, will preach and preside at Holy Eucharist which will be held at St. Augustine’s University Historic Chapel in Raleigh. The worship service is open to the public.

Grace Chapel Food Bank: So many of us are blessed with having our basic needs met, but many in the county are less fortunate. Now would be a good time for us to show our love for those in need. There are bags in the narthex for us to place food and Greta Crayton will deliver it to the Grace Chapel Food Bank.
All loose plate offering during Lent will be donated to the Grace Chapel Food Bank.

S.A.F.E.: There are containers in the area between the church chapel and the parish hall for you to place your donations. For a list of their most pressing needs, a list can be found in the narthex in a pamphlet.
